Why do we only sell quality real estate on Mycorner?

“When people think of a quality apartment, the first thing that comes to mind for most is the building materials – what kind of blocks it's built with, what kind of renovation it has, or what materials were used in the interior.

All of this is important, but for me, quality is something else entirely. Quality real estate is, first and foremost, property about which we know everything with certainty. We know that the legal matters are in order, we are communicating with the person who is actually authorized to sell the property, we know all the important details about the apartment and the building, and we have answers to any question.

That's why we work on an exclusive basis.

When multiple realtors are selling the same property at the same time, it's very common for a potential buyer to see different information across various listings. Sometimes the price is different, sometimes the square footage is incorrect, and sometimes important details are simply omitted. Ultimately, it's the buyer who suffers the most, as they receive incomplete or inaccurate information.

For us, quality means avoiding this very chaos.

Everything begins the moment we first meet the owner. Our job isn't just to tour the apartment; we need to fully understand the property's history, all its features, and, just as importantly, the owner's objectives. Why?

Because when you know exactly what a person wants, price negotiation also goes much more effectively. Ultimately, this process becomes simpler and more transparent for both parties.

Almost anything sells if its value is real, which is why we pay special attention to pricing it correctly.

In this process, we also often use bank appraisals. People naturally have more confidence in the valuation when it is also confirmed by the bank. The bank uses its own methodology, relies on data from properties that have already been sold, and assesses the market from various angles. This allows us to make the final price even more realistic.

Ultimately, for me, the quality of real estate starts with properly gathered information, a realistic price, effective communication, and how well we highlight the details that are truly important to a specific buyer.

Quality means something different to everyone. For some, it's location; for others, it's architecture. For still others, it might be planning or tranquility. Therefore, quality is a perception, and our job is to ensure that this perception is based on accurate information and real value.
